IV. Requirements on commodities and services
Commodities: join the “Genuine Goods Guarantee Plan” of Tmall Global. Commodities produced or sold overseas should be cleared at China Customs via international logistics;
Commodity webpage: commodities are described in Chinese, with the international metirc system adopted as the unit of measurement. Chinese Alitalk customer services are provided.
Logistic services: commodities should be dispatched within 120 hours, either directly delivered in the way of personal packages, or delivered from China’s bonded areas to mainland consumers. Logistic information should be traceable; commodities sold to regions and countries other than China should be dispatched within 120 hours, without requiring the concrete way of dispatch. Logistic information should be traceable.
Merchants selling commodities to Mainland China should arrange a return location in Mainland China.
Merchants selling commodities to Hong Kong should arrange a return location in Hong Kong.
Merchants selling commodities to Taiwan should arrange a return location in Taiwan.

V. Charging standards:
1. Security deposit:
Merchants opening stores at Tmall Global are required to pay security deposits, which are mainly used to ensure that merchants could operate their stores according to the rules of Tmall Global, and also used as the compensation to Tmall Global and consumers for merchants’ illegal behaviors in the light of “Tmall Global Business Services Agreement” and pertinent rules. Based on the different properties of stores, the amounts of security deposits are as follows:
1.Unless otherwise clearly indicated, the amount of security deposit is RMB 150,000 Yuan in normal circumstances;
2.As for commodities sold to two regions and countries or above, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
3.As for the category “adult products/sex toys” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
4.As for the category “medical treatment and health services” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
5.As for the category “OTC medicines/medical apparatus/family planning supplies” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
6.As for the category “health foods/foods supplementing dietary nutrition” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
7.As for the category “milk powder/dietary supplements/nourishments/snacks” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
8.As for the category “maternity clothes/ maternity supplies/nourishments” operated at Tmall Global, the amount of security deposit is RMB 300,000 Yuan;
Where the aforesaid store operates several categories of irregular deposit commodities at the same time, the store deposit will be collected by the highest standard rather than in repetition.
2. Annual fee
In terms of different operating categories, annual fees are RMB 30,000 Yuan and RMB 60,000 Yuan separately. As for cross-category operations, annual fee of the higher amount shall be collected in terms of the operating category. The corresponding annual fee of each primary category is detailed in “Tmall Global Charging Standard”.
3. Fee for technical service of real-time deduction

VI. Restriction on setting up stores
1.Where a merchant’s deduction for serious violations reaches 48 points accumulatively or at one time, the merchant will be dismissed and have their cooperation terminated. Within two years after the date of the dismissal, Tmall Global will no longer carry out cooperation with the merchant, and the range of cooperation includes but not limited to: reopening the closed store in the way of changing the operating entity, and the operating entity dismissed for serious violations applies for opening new stores.
2.Where any merchant voluntarily withdraws from Tmall Global or the brand owner revokes its store opening authorization, then this merchant shall not re-open the original store in the name of the original entity or by changing the entity within six months upon withdrawal.
IN CASE OF ANY INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE TWO LANGUAGE VERSIONS, THE CHINESE VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.
