3、类目发布规范:商品类目发布须遵守《天猫国际经营大类一览表》及《天猫国际允许跨类目经营的商品列表》的具体要求;

3. Category posting standards: commodity category posting should conform to concrete requirements of “List of Operating General Categories of Tmall Global” and “List of Cross-category Operated Commodities Allowed by Tmall Global”;

包括但不限于以下情况除外:商品品名上明确标示使用人群为孕妇、婴幼儿、儿童的(适用人群包含成人),须发布在母婴行业所属类目下(包含旗舰店);商品品名上未明确标示使用人群为孕妇、婴幼儿、儿童的(适用人群包含孕妇、婴幼儿),须发布在商品所属行业大类下。

Including but not limited to the following exceptional cases: with their names clearly indicating that their users are pregnant women, infants, and children (applicable users include adults), such commodities should be posted under the general category of maternity/baby (including flagship stores); with their names not clearly indicating that their users are pregnant women, infants, and children (applicable users include pregnant women and infants), such commodities should be posted under the general category that they belong to.

举例:

For example:

1)在服饰大类下,如商品名称为“日本进口孕妇牛仔裤托腹外穿打底裤夏款”,明确为孕妇使用的,请发布在孕妇装/孕产妇用品/营养>>孕妇裤/托腹裤类目下;未明确表明为孕妇使用,仅在使用人群中包含孕妇的,请发布在商品所属行业大类下。如下图:

1) Under the general category of apparel and accessories, if the commodity name “Summer-style maternity leggings with belly band imported from Japan” clearly indicates that the commodity is used by pregnant women, the commodity is posted under the category of maternity wear/maternity products/nutrition>> maternity pants/maternity pants with belly band; if the name does not clearly indicate that the commodity is used by pregnant women, and only its users include pregnant women, the commodity is posted under the general category that it belongs to, shown as the following figure:

2)在保健品大类下,如商品名称为“澳佳宝孕妇黄金营养素180粒*2全孕程营养支持”,服用对象明确为孕期女性、哺乳期妈妈使用的,请发布在孕妇装/孕产妇用品/营养>>孕产妇营养品>>孕产妇多元营养类目下。如下图:

2) Under the general category of health care products, the commodity name is “Blackmores Pregnancy & Breast-Feeding Gold”, which clearly indicates that the product is for pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers, so the commodity is posted under the category of maternity wear/maternity products/nutrition>>maternity nutrition products>>maternity diversified nutrition, shown as the following figure:

如商品适用人群未明确表明为孕妇使用,仅在使用人群中包含孕妇的,请发布在保健食品/膳食营养补充食品>>膳食营养补充食品>>维生素/矿物质>>铁。如下图:

If it is not clearly indicated that a commodity is specifically intended for pregnant women, and only its applicable users include pregnant women, the commodity is posted under the category of health care foods/foods supplementing dietary nutrition>> foods supplementing dietary nutrition>>vitamin/mineral substance>>iron, shown as the following figure:

3)在化妆品大类下,商品外包装英文品名上明确标示使用人群为孕妇、婴幼儿、儿童的(适用人群包含成人的),请发布在母婴行业所属类目下(包含旗舰店);商品品名未明确标示使用人群为孕妇、婴幼儿、儿童的(适用人群包含孕妇、婴幼儿),请发布在商品所属行业大类下。如下图:

3) Under the general commodity of cosmetics, the English name on the external package clearly indicates that the users of the commodity are pregnant women, infants, and children (applicable users include adults), so the commodity should be posted under the general category of maternity/baby (including flagship stores); if its name does not clearly indicate that its users are pregnant women, infants, and children (applicable users include pregnant women and infants), the commodity should be posted under the general category that it belongs to.

商品品名指商品原包装上名称;商品名称指商品发布时可编辑的名称。

Commodity description refers to the name on its original package; commodity name refers to the name that can be edited when the commodity is posted.

4、产品描述规范:

(4). Rules for product descriptions

商标品牌细节图展示,为保证消费者在购买商品时拥有充分的知情权,商家需在发布产品时明示以下信息:(包括商品瑕疵、临界保质期、附带品等信息披露,不得含有虚假、夸大等内容)

The display of a detailed trademark and brand image is to ensure consumer-awareness about the good at the time of purchase, Merchants must specify the following information when listing products (including disclosing information of good defects, shelf life, information about by-products etc.; the information must not contain content that is false, exaggerated etc.):

——商标等品牌细节图展示

–Detailed display of brand such as trademarks etc.

——有效期:有效期不可以写详见产品外包装,必须具体展示,例如“截止日期:****”

–Expiration date: Must not refer customers to the product’s packaging for details but specifically displayed, e.g. as “Expires: ****”

(提醒:如商品销售时剩余保质期少于一年的,必须如实说明)

(Reminder: If the shelf life of the good is less than one (1) year from the time the good is listed, it must be truthfully noted as such)

——产品主要性能、适用人群

–Primary functions of products and suitable users

(提醒:化妆品应标注品牌归属国,化妆品名称中不得含有医疗术语、明示或者暗示医疗作用和效果的用语、虚假/夸大/绝对化的词语、医学名人的姓名等相关国家和地区法规明确规定禁止使用的词)

(Reminder: Descriptions for cosmetics must specify the home country of the brand. The name of the cosmetics must not contain medical terminology, terms that explicitly or implicitly indicate medical functions and effects, false/exaggerated/absolute terms, names of well-known medical experts and other terms specifically prohibited by relevant national and regional laws and regulations.)

——产品重要信息中英文对照(例如:奶粉营养成分、使用方法等中英文对照说明)

5、产品宣传规范:

(5). Product Promotion Rules:

——页面描述不得含有“最新科学”、“最新技术”、“最先进加工工艺”等绝对化的语言或者表示。

— Descriptions must not contain absolute expressions or representations such as “the latest science”, “the latest technology” and “cutting-edge processing techniques” etc.

——页面描述不得明示或者暗示可以替代母乳,不得使用哺乳妇女和婴儿的形象。

–Descriptions must not explicitly or implicitly indicate that a product could replace breastfeeding or contain images of women or babies engaged in breastfeeding.

——页面描述中不得使用医疗机构、医生的名义或者形象。食品描述中涉及特定功效的,不得利用专家、消费者的名义或者形象做证明。

–Descriptions must not use the name or images of medical institutions or doctors. Names or images of experts or consumers must not be used in the description of food products to endorse any special characteristics.

——页面描述不得与其他产品进行对比,贬低其它产品。

–Descriptions must not compare the product with other products, or undermine other products.

——页面描述不得含有无效退款、保险公司保险等内容。

— Descriptions must not contain content such as “money-back guarantee”, “covered by insurance companies” etc..

——页面描述不得含有“安全”、“无毒副作用”、“无依赖”等承诺性表述。

— Descriptions must not contain expressions such as “safe”, “non-toxic and no side effects”, “non-dependent” or other promising statements.

——页面描述不得含有有效率、治愈率、评比、获奖等综合评价内容。

— Descriptions must not contain content that refer to general evaluations of a product e.g. “efficiency rate”, “rate of recovery”, “benchmarks”, “prize winner” etc..

——页面描述不得出现医疗术语、明示或暗示医疗作用和效果的词语。

— Descriptions must not contain medical terminology or words that explicitly or implicitly indicate medicinal properties or medical effectiveness.

——页面描述不得出现庸俗或带有封建迷信色彩的词语。

–Descriptions must not contain content that is vulgar or superstitious phrases.

6、 保质截止日期发布要求:

(6). Requirements on Release of Quality Guarantee Deadline:

 

若为保健食品/膳食营养补充食品、传统滋补营养品、零食/坚果/特产、咖啡/麦片/冲饮、茶、粮油米面/南北干货/调味品、宠物/宠物食品及用品类目下的二级类目狗零食、犬主粮、猫主粮、猫零食,奶粉/辅食/营养品/零食类目下的二级类目婴幼儿辅食、婴幼儿营养品、婴幼儿调味品(新)、婴幼儿零食(新),孕妇装/孕产妇用品/营养类目下的二级类目孕产妇奶粉、孕产妇营养品、月子营养、孕产妇保健食品的商品时,商品的保质期剩余时长必须大于等于保质期1/10的时长(保质期1/10的时长不足30天的,以30天为准);若商品的保质期剩余时长大于商品保质期的1/10但小于等于商品保质期的2/10(保质期2/10的时长不足60天的,以60天为准),必须在商品标题上注明“临期”字样,且在商品详情页面最上方清晰明显地展示“临期商品”字样,字样大小为“二号字体”,颜色为“标准红色”( 保健食品/膳食营养补充食品、传统滋补营养品类目商品需在商品详情页面最上方插入模块,具体psd模板点此查看)。

The remaining shelf life of the products must be more than or equal to one-tenth of the whole shelf life (if one-tenth of the shelf life is less than 30 days, the length shall be subject to 30 days) for the following product categories:
health food/dietary supplements
traditional nutrition
snacks/nuts/specialty products
coffee/oatmeal/instant drinks
tea
grains, edible oil, rice, noodles/northern and southern dried goods/condiments
the secondary category dog treats, dog food, cat food, cat treats under pets/pet food and supplies
the secondary category baby supplements, baby nutrition, baby condiments (new), baby snacks (new) under milk powder/supplements/snacks
the secondary category maternity milk powder, maternity nutrition, postnatal nutrition, maternity health food under maternity wear/maternity products/nutrition
If the remaining shelf life of the products is more than one-tenth of the shelf life but less than or equal to two-tenths of the shelf life (if two-tenths of the shelf life is less than 60 days, the length shall be subject to 60 days), the words “expiring soon” must be indicated on the product title and the words “expiring products” shall be clearly and obviously displayed at the top of the product details page. The words shall be in a standard red No. 2 font. (For food belonging to health food/dietary supplements and traditional nutrition categories, a module shall be inserted at the top of the product details page. 若为奶粉/辅食/营养品/零食类目下二级类目婴幼儿牛奶粉、婴幼儿羊奶粉、特殊配方奶粉下的商品时,商品的保质期剩余时长必须大于等于90天;若商品的保质期剩余时长大于90天,但小于等于180天的,必须在商品标题上注明“临期”字样,且在商品详情页面最上方清晰明显地展示“临期商品”字样,字样大小为“二号字体”,颜色为“标准红色”。

For products belonging to the secondary category cow milk powder for babies, goat milk powder for babies, special formula milk powder under milk powder/supplements/snacks, the remaining shelf life of the products must be more than or equal to 90 days. If the remaining shelf life of the products is more than 90 days but less than 180 days, the words “expiring soon” must be indicated on the product title and the words “expiring products” shall be clearly and obviously displayed at the top of the product details page. The words shall be in a standard red No. 2 font.
